Friendly service and quick. Not a huge fan of quesabirria pizza but it's a fun dish that's worth a try. I'd love a simpler birria quesadilla for normal meals. Still need to try their famous breakfast burrito that only are served til 2pm. Very nice presentation for takeout.
We came across this hidden spot in the Mission District, SF, California, and we were glad on stopping by! This cute and tiny joint truly serves some of the unique taco especially from Yucatan region. The patio area, although small, is quaint and cozy, along the sidewalk but comfortable. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal on a sunny day with Michelada amd SakeMargarita. It's our first time to try the Tacos Al pastor Negro and they were so delish. Overall, I highly recommend this taqueria spot. We will be back.
Great breakfast burrito. I'm not normally a chorizo girly but this was perfectly salted. Flight eggs, good avo! Outside and inside seating. Friendly service. Check em out.
The food is bomb! Everything I've tried has been really flavorful and fresh: cochinita, quesito rico, and salbute. I have yet to try the aguachile and ceviche but they're on my list. There's a lot of Mexican choices close by but a lot of the mission burrito spots are flavorless and add that extra love, but Al Carajo has it!
One of my favorite breakfast burritos in San Francisco!!! The chorizo just hits the spot in the burrito
Wow!!! This breakfast burrito blew me away! It was so yummy! I did order it with no meat, but still felt like my burrito was filled with lots of egg, avo, cheese & most importantly crispy hashbrown. The burrito is moist and flavorful. I even had it delivered and it was still crispy and warm. So happy I found the best breakfast burrito in SF!
A solid 4.5 breakfast burrito for me. The egg, avocado, and chorizo (I think it was chorizo or some pork) were pretty great. The creamy orange salsa was sooo good. Only thing that would've made it better would be some crunchy texture for contrast as everything was soft, either with some chips (not included) or crisper pork. Good flavor overall. Friendly service and cute small interior and outdoor street seating.
I first came here for the breakfast burrito (which might be the best in SF) and have come several more times for the breakfast quesadilla and now the Principe Maya Burrito. This might be one of my new favorite Mexican spots. Everything I've tried has been delicious and the menu is unique. I recommend this to anyone looking to try a new Mexican spot in the Mission!
Really really good breakfast burrito! We came here to grab a burrito to go. Service was fast, and there was plenty of seating if we had wanted to eat it there. The burrito is really tightly rolled and the perfect size to eat. It's seasoned really well, and topped with the yummy sauce, has awesome flavors. The eggs are fluffy and tender, and the bites of hash brown you get mixed in add for a nice crispy crunch. The tortilla is also nicely chewy; not sure if they make them fresh, but they're great. Only small complaint is that it's oily. My last few bites would have been oil drenched tortilla, which I decided against. Definitely will be back to try their tacos! Their breakfast burrito is killer.
Heard the breakfast burritos here were pretty good- so I had to try for myself. Definitely wasn't a disappointment- small place with some outside seating mostly, cheap and cheerful service inside. Didn't have to wait too long for the burrito to arrive. It was great- juicy flavors from the chorizo and the melted cheese, with the addition of nicely cooked potatoes and eggs, all blended perfectly together for a taste bomb in each bite. It was gone too soon once eaten- but never forgotten. A good classic breakfast burrito
